INOV.AM Project
The INOV.AM Project is a mobilizing program for Additive Manufacturing innovation, part of the Portuguese Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR). This strategic consortium brings together leading companies and scientific entities to develop cutting-edge solutions in materials, advanced manufacturing processes, and control software.
My contribution to the INOV.AM project as a Full-Stack Web Developer and Designer was focused on centralizing the consortium’s digital presence. I ensured the technical infrastructure could handle the complexity of the INOV.AM project, from developing the main portal to creating high-performance landing pages for international conferences, with a strong emphasis on data organization and technical SEO.
By implementing a rigorous technical SEO strategy, we positioned the INOV.AM project as a benchmark in the industry, achieving performance scores exceeding 90/100 on Google Lighthouse, ensuring accessibility and speed for all users across the globe.
Technical Engineering & Contributions
INOV.AM Portal
Full development of the institutional website and the International Conference landing page, focusing on scalable architecture and technical SEO.
Consortium Mapping
Created a complex data structure to organize members by PPS, WP, and typology, streamlining access to NIF, CAE, and entity URLs.
Business Intelligence
Implementation and monitoring of advanced reports via Google Analytics and Search Console to analyze high-quality organic traffic.
IMTS Database
Developed a database with 1,708 records of exhibiting companies from the IMTS 2024 fair, optimizing the consortium’s commercial outreach.
