Refund and Return Policy
Our refund and return policy applies exclusively to digital marketing services, such as web development, technical support, graphic design, and others. Refunds will be proportional to the value of the unfinished work.
Refunds Proportional to Work Progress
Once any contracted service has begun, refunds will be calculated based on the percentage of work not yet completed. For instance, if 50% of the work has been done, only 50% of the payment will be refunded. The refund amount will depend on the service’s progress at the time of the request.
Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the contracted service must be partially completed. Clients can request refunds for portions of services that remain unfinished.
Exceptions and Non-Refundable Services
Some exceptions and non-refundable services include:
- Custom services such as graphic design, web development, or marketing strategies that have already started.
- Consultations or work meetings that have already occurred.
- Fully or partially completed or delivered services.
Refund and Return Process

- Work Progress Evaluation: Our team will assess the service’s progress and determine the percentage of work completed.
- Refund Calculation: The refund amount will be calculated based on the unfinished portion of the service. For example, if 50% of the service is complete, a 50% refund will be issued.
- Refund Processing: Once evaluated, the refund will be processed, and the amount credited back to the original payment method within a specified number of business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, follow these steps:
- Double-check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take time to process officially.

Promotional Services
Only services purchased at the standard price are refundable. Services acquired through promotions or special discounts may have different refund terms.
Service Exchanges
As we deal with services, we do not offer exchanges. However, we can adjust or complement services to meet client needs if the delivered work does not match the agreement. Contact us to discuss possible adjustments.
Gifts
If a service was purchased as a gift and is partially completed, the refund will apply proportionally to the unfinished portion. The refund will be issued to the purchaser, who will be notified directly.
Return Shipping
Since our services do not involve physical products, there are no return shipping costs. The return process is tied to canceling work and refunding the unfinished portion.
