3. Price, Payment, and VAT
- The value of services will be agreed upon in advance by both parties.
- Payments must be made via Revolut or another mutually agreed method.
- Miguel Ferreira is exempt from charging VAT under Article 53.º of the Portuguese VAT Code as long as his annual income does not exceed €15,000 (limit valid for 2025). Therefore, clients will not pay additional VAT until this threshold is reached.
- If this threshold is exceeded, a standard VAT rate (23%) will apply to future services.
4. Copyrights
All materials created during service delivery will remain the property of the Provider until full payment is made by the Client.
5. Cancellation and Termination
- The Client may cancel the contract with a prior written notice of 15 days.
- The Provider reserves the right to terminate the contract if the Client violates any clause in these Terms or fails to make agreed payments.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all information exchanged during service execution confidential as stipulated in the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) signed prior to contract execution.
7. Governing Law
This contract shall be governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes will be resolved in competent courts in Portugal.
