INOV.AM
What is the INOV.AM Agenda?
INOV.AM is a mobilizing program for Innovation in Additive Manufacturing, consisting of companies from various sectors and a group of entities from the national scientific system. Its aim is to develop in several areas of intervention, including: new materials, advanced additive manufacturing processes, advanced post-production processes, advanced automation, control software, new products, and training and development of human resources.

Subtitling of Institutional Video for the INOV.AM Project (Portuguese audio to English subtitles)
- Creation of a background document for the consortium members aimed at gathering information about each entity and associated company. This information enabled the organisation of entities by PPS, WP, by type, and included the URLs of each company/entity, their VAT numbers, and NACE codes.
- Development of the INOV.AM website with more 120 content pages and the landing page for the INOV.AM international conference with a multi-faceted cybersecurity system and firewall and a Recaptcha system to add extra layers of cybersecurity to form submissions and the login system..
- Provision of analytical data reports from the website via Google Analytics, search result data from Google via the Google Search Console, and analytical data from Microsoft’s Bing search engine.
- Publication of 5 events and 16 news articles on the INOV.AM Agenda website.
- Creation of presentation slides about the website as part of the INOV.AM Agenda communication strategy, including mockups of different devices, sharing of analytical results from Google search results, website analytics data, and website performance on Lighthouse metrics.
- Excellent Lighthouse Metrics with a performance score of 90/100, accessibility 93/100, best practices 100/100, and SEO 92/100, including PWA (Progressive Web App) integration for the website and performance score of 87/100, accessibility 97/100, best practices 96/100, and SEO 92/100 for the Landing Page.
- Support for the domain migration from https://inov.am/ to https://inovam.pt/.
- Partial translation of the website into English.
- Creation of an FAQ section including 5 questions and answers about Additive Manufacturing.
- Subtitling of the INOV.AM Agenda presentation video in English.
- Creation of an Excel database with 1,708 entries of exhibiting companies attending the IMTS 2024 trade fair, containing the following information: website, exhibitor URL, booth number, address, phone contact, description, and product/service categories.
